-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his spouse on Tuesday left for an official visit to Germany at the invitation of Chancellor Angela Merkel before attending a G20 summit in Hamburg.

-- The Hanoi People’s Council on Tuesday passed a resolution to ban motorbikes in the capital’s inner districts by 2030.

-- The Road and Railway Traffic Police Department under the Ministry of Public Security has announced they will put on auction automobile license plates with digits believed to bring users good luck on a pilot basis in five major cities, namely Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong and Can Tho.
