The National Action Day on Energy and Climate is taking place in Phu My Hung residential area in district 7, Ho Chi Minh City today, Nov 10.

The event, which is going on at Ban Nguyen lake and Anh Sao bridge on Ton Dat Tien street, is the main activity of the Vietnam Power Shift campaign. The campaign is launched by 350.org, an organization in coping with climate changes in Vietnam.

The Vietnam Power Shift campaign kicked off since mid Sept, 2013 and goes on by the end of 2014 with a host of activities. Detailed information is available at ://350.org.vn/ or https://www.facebook.com/VietnamPowerShift.

Seven cities and provinces in Vietnam have confirmed that activities will be held to support the campaign while some 30 countries have also announced their Power Shift activities from now to the end of 2014.
