Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa invites diners to enjoy Green Leaf Buffet Dinner on the occasion of Hung King’s Anniversary Day – the country’s founding fathers. The buffet is organized at Huong Viet restaurant, from 6.30pm to 9.30pm, 19th April 2013.

As its name implies, Green Leaf Buffet Dinner is a bountiful selection of more than 30 Vietnamese cuisines which are made, served with green leaves – a perfect marriage of culinary and food decoration. Rice with lotus seed in leaves, colorful sticky rice in banana flower, poached prawns in green mustard leave, spousal cake …are highlights of the buffet. In connection with the meaning of Hung King’s Anniversary Day, diners will enjoy and know the legendary story of glutinous rice dumpling, square glutinous rice cake … the masterpiece of Vietnam’s culinary. To enthrall your taste buds, the buffet also includes an array of BBQ seafood, fresh salads, and international dishes.
