Houston exhibition features Vietnamese paintings

An exhibition featuring paintings by Vietnamese artists will be held in Houston, Texas from October 26.

The event gathers works of painters from Vietnam including Nguyen Trung, Ho Huu Thu, Nguyen Lâm, Trinh Cung and Vietnamese artists living in America like Dinh Cuong, Nguyen Phuoc and Nguyen Khai, who are all around 70 years old now.

They are former members of the Young Artist Association of Vietnam (run from 1966 to 1975). The association gathered the most talented painters of the South at that time.

The exhibition will run at Viet Art Gallery until October 30.
