Politics -- India is in talks to sell short-range surface-to-air missiles to Vietnam, Reuters quoted the head of India's defense research agency as saying on Wednesday.

-- Vietnam congratulates Frank-Walter Steinmeier on his election as President of Germany for the 2017-20 term, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Le Hai Binh said on Wednesday.
