An exhibition named “Vietnam’s impression”, displaying exhibits and photographs on Vietnam’s ethnic groups opened in France on October 6.

Jointly organised by the Vietnam Cultural Centre in France and Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts under Vietnam ’s Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the event aims to promote the country’s cultural diversity.

The exhibition introduced visitors to a corner of the Vietnamese cultural space through multicolour costumes of ethnic minority groups living in different regions across Vietnam .

With different designs, the costumes spotlight particular characteristics of each group as well as their custom and belief.

Many visitors to the exhibition said the photos and exhibits on show left them with fine impressions on Vietnam’s people and country.
