The Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Traing is recruiting up to 80 local candidates for graduate scholarships to study master’s and doctoral programs in Japan.
Short-listed applicants will be recommended to the Japanese Embassy in Hanoi which will then select scholarship winners via written and oral tests.
