-- Experts proposed changes to the plant and animal husbandry structure in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region at a two-day conference beginning on Tuesday in southern Can Tho City meant to address the region’s sustainable development and adaptation to climate change.

-- Police from the Ministry of Public Security revealed on Tuesday they had arrested three former executive and officers of the Hai Phong branch of the Hanoi-based Dai Duong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Ocean Bank) for fraud.

Deluca, former Executive Vice President of General Motors Global Production, the general director of its Vinfast automobile facility, which recently broke ground in the northern city of Hai Phong to realize its dream of producing first-ever made-in-Vietnam cars.

-- The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee has proposed the Ministry of Transport appraise the feasibility of projects to build railways to ports throughout the metropolis, particularly Cat Lai Port in District 2.

-- The Hue Festival 2018, a hallmark cultural program held annually in the central province of Thua Thien- Hue, is poised to run from April 27 to May 2, 2018, its organizers announced at a press conference on Tuesday.
