Trung Nguyen, the leading coffee manufacturer and exporter in Vietnam, introduced Monday its Online Coffee Hypermarket, the first of its kind in the country, in a bid to provide a place for Vietnamese coffee in cyberspace.

The online coffee hypermarket, accessible at www.cafe.net.vn, sells coffee and related products like ingredients and machines to make the bitter drink. There are also sections for glassware, stationary, souvenirs, and other services.

Customers can easily shop through the website and complete their payment online.

The online hypermarket will help Trung Nguyen maintain its leading position in the coffee market, become the top online coffee seller in Vietnam, and expand into the global arena, the company said in a statement.

The website is offering a 10 percent discount to the first 1,000 newly registered accounts.

Trung Nguyen was founded in 1996 by Dang Le Nguyen Vu in the Central Highlands city of Buon Ma Thuot, Vietnam’s coffee capital.

The company is running Vietnam's biggest chain of coffee houses and exports its products to 60 countries.
