-- Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung admitted his mistake in management at the opening of the fourth meeting of the 13th National Assembly. He accepted his fault for his failure to stop corruption at state-owned agencies as Vinashin and Vinalines.

Society:

-- Police Department of the northern Hai Phong City officially commenced criminal proceedings against four high ranking officials in the locality yesterday for the crime of “damaging assets” of people. They include deputy chairman of Tien Lang District, chief of the natural resources and environment department of Tien Lang, Party secretary and chairman of Vinh Quang Commune.

-- Ho Chi Minh City Fire Police Department yesterday received 15 modern fire fighting vehicles imported from France.

-- Different species of wild animals in the national park Bu Gia Map have gone in big herds, as monkey and wild boar into farms of locals to hunt for food, according to the management board of the park.
