US consul Le Thanh An was among the guests attending a graduation ceremony in Binh Duong province on Sunday when 20 students of the second MBA joint training program between Binh Duong University and Benedictine University in the US were conferred degrees.

The ceremony was also attended by Professor Cao Van Phuong, principal of Binh Duong Uni., Dr. William Caroll, principal of Benedictine Uni, and other local education officials.

The joint program was established two years ago in which all subjects are taught in English by teachers of the two schools.
