A drone video shot by freelance Vietnamese photographer and cameraman Le The Thang was released this month, awing viewers with the amazing beauty of Vietnam.

The clip shows the country’s most beautiful landscapes, from the resort town of Sa Pa, the UNESCO-recognized Ha Long Bay, the ancient town of Hoi An to the Mui Ne sand dunes in the south-central province of Binh Thuan.

Last year, Thang released a number of clips filmed with his drone, attracting tens of thousands of views on YouTube.

With nine years of experience in filming and taking photos with a drone, most of his clips depict the stunning beauty of Vietnam from an incredibly strange view.

In an interview with local media early this year, Thang said that he had spent some VND200 million (US$8,929) buying all his filming devices.

Besides his photography and filming hobby, Thang also works as a graphic designer.
