Brief description:

How much do you know about sports and games? This quiz is designed to test students’ knowledge of sports and games, while reviewing the use of question words.

Instructions:

Answer as many questions as you can. Then review the grammar of question words. a) Which of these countries has never won the football World Cup: England, the United States, Uruguay or France?

b) What does the acronym FIFA stand for?

c) How long does an official American football game last?

d) When were the Olympic Games in Beijing, China?

e) How often do the Summer Olympics happen?

• Addictive (adjective): describes an activity that you cannot stop doing once you have started (Nghiện)

• Federation (noun): a group of organizations, countries, regions, etc. that have joined together to form a larger organization or government (Liên đoàn)

• Association (noun): a group of people who work together in a single organization for a particular purpose (Hiệp hội)
