Vietnam's Vietjet Air, US's AV AirFinance sign $300mn deal to boost fleet growth

Vietnam's Vietjet Air has signed a US$300 million financing agreement with AV AirFinance, a partner of American investment fund KKR, to boost fleet growth, witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc and other senior officials during an official mission to boost U.S.–Vietnam economic and trade ties, the carrier said in a press release on Thursday.
