The project is part of the 'Good Morning Vietnam' series, initiated by Nhan Dan (People) newspaper and IB Group Vietnam, with the dual aim of bringing world-class music to Vietnamese audiences and promoting the nation’s culture and tourism.
'Victory' -- one of Bond’s signature pieces -- has helped establish the quartet as a global phenomenon in the crossover classical genre.

The combination of the musicians’ masterful string technique and pulsating rhythm has made this composition an anthem of triumph and a beloved source of inspiration worldwide.
In Vietnam, the piece is often featured at honorary events, award ceremonies, and important commemorations.
In the MV, the four artists -- Eos Chater (violin), Elspeth Hanson (violin), Gay-Yee Westerhoff (cello), and Tania Davis (viola) -- don traditional Vietnamese ao dai as they perform against the breathtaking backdrop of Ha Long Bay.
Scenes of sunrise over the sea, local fishermen at work, and natural wonders such as Trong Mai Islet, Oan Sandbank, and Dragon Eye Island unfold vividly. The warm smiles of local residents add to the portrayal of a Vietnam rich in hospitality and warmth.

Nguyen Thuy Duong, chairman of IB Group Vietnam and executive producer of the music video, shared that although the MV lasts just over three minutes, it took an entire year to plan.
The artists had only one day to familiarize themselves with the setting and complete the shoot.
At times, when the tide receded, crew members had to carry the performers on their backs to the filming location. Yet the Bond members remained delighted throughout, often exclaiming 'amazing!'
When asked why the production team did not opt for lesser-known destinations, Le Quoc Minh, editor-in-chief of Nhan Dan, explained: “Fame doesn’t mean something that no longer needs promotion.”
He emphasized the importance of prioritizing famous locations like Hanoi, Ha Long, Hoi An, and Hue -- places already familiar to international tourists -- as entry points from which visitors may go on to explore other regions.
Minh also noted that while Vietnam boasts many stunning landscapes and delectable cuisine, promotional efforts have yet to reach their full potential.
“We want to introduce these landmarks through familiar melodies, which we believe can spark deeper interest in Vietnam,” he added.
Promoting Quang Ninh, he affirmed, is inseparable from promoting the country as a whole.
