The final night of the Vietnamese version of the American fashion reality show Project Runway will take place on June 16 in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the show to be held at Lan Anh Stage in District 10, the three finalists including Hoang Minh Ha, Chau Chan Hung and Lam Gia Khang will compete for the champion by their Spring-Summer collections under the theme “Paris Inspiration.”

Earlier, the three had a trip to Paris to acknowledge one of the world’s most gorgeous cities then bring the beauty of the Paris to their designs. Right after being back from France, the designers have worked hard on their collections.

The finale’s stage will be designed with an 8-meter-high copy of renowned Eiffel Tower on the 25-meter-long-runway.

“My target now is trying my best to do my collection for the finale and show my father what I’ve got,” Hoang Minh Ha expressed.

He also shared that he will run a small fashion shop to build up his career no matter he will win this competition or not. According to designer Nguyen Manh Cuong, the winner will be the one who can make a Spring-Summer collection with a high applicability and can showcase the new fashion trend. He will receive VND500 million ($25,000) in cash and win a chance to introduce his winning collection on 8 pages in Harper’s Bazaar magazine.

Project Runway 2013’s final night will be broadcast live on VTV3. Vietnam has been the first country which has held a live finale night for the show.

First aired in the US in 2004, Project Runway has been produced and broadcast in more than 100 countries like UK, Australia, Russia, the Republic of Korea, the Philippines and Finland, and attracts millions of views.
