The fire broke out in a narrow alley in Ward 4 in the city at around 1:00 am.
When some residents discovered the flames erupting from a house on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, which connects to Yersin Street, in the wee hours, they immediately raised the alarm, attempting to extinguish the fire and notifying local firefighting teams.
However, due to the fire’s intensity and the house’s location deep within a small alley just 1.5 meters wide, firefighting efforts were severely hindered.
At 3:00 am, the blaze was finally brought under control.
