The video, widely circulated on social media, shows the woman riding a motor scooter on Truong Chinh Street in District 12 with both hands off the handlebars.
At several points, she lifts her leg into the air, appears to dance while riding, and even lies flat on the seat, alarming nearby motorists.
The incident occurred at around 11:20 am on Friday in the Dong Hung Thuan Ward of District 12, authorities confirmed.
The video was reportedly recorded by a passerby and later uploaded to social media platforms.
Many viewers and eyewitnesses expressed concern over the potential risk of a traffic accident.
The woman was not wearing a helmet during the incident.

A representative from the An Suong traffic police team under the Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Department’s traffic division told Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper that they are aware of the video and are in the process of identifying the individual involved for questioning and possible disciplinary action.
Vietnam’s traffic laws prohibit riding without a helmet and performing stunts that endanger road safety.
