​Vietnamese airline inaugurates flights between Nha Trang and Seoul

Vietjet already connects Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hai Phong with the South Korean capital

Vietnam’s low-cost carrier Vietjet inaugurated a nonstop service between the famed beach city of Nha Trang and Seoul on Wednesday.

The airline now offers one daily return flight on the new route, running from Cam Ranh International Airport in the south-central Vietnamese provice of Khanh Hoa to Incheon International Airport in the South Korean capital.

The five-hour flight departs Nha Trang at 4:15 pm and arrives in Seoul at 10:45 pm (local time). The return flight leaves Seoul at 1:50 am (local time) and lands in Nha Trang at 5:25 am.

“This new route will serve the travel demands of local people and tourists, connecting two famous travel destinations and contributing to the promotion of trade and integration in the region,” the no-frills carrier said.

The Nha Trang-Seoul route brings the number of Vietjet's international routes connecting Vietnam and Seoul to five, including flights from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hai Phong.

The low-cost carrier also runs a Hanoi-Busan service.
