Expats enjoy warm Christmas in five-star urban area in Hanoi

Tuesday, January 02, 2018, 09:06 GMT+7

While tourists coming to Hanoi want to enjoy the bustling Noel on the street, foreigners living and working in the Vietnamese capital had a special Christmas program at the Park 12 building in Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill Premium.

In the midst of the cold weather, a program to welcome Christmas and the 2018 New Year, entitled First Christmas, was held at the BB garden at Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill Premium.

Steve Rieg, a United States businessman, was very happy to talk with friends, while his wife and children enjoyed the BBQ party, serving a variety of delicious dishes. A Christmas party in this urban area is a great idea, Rieg said.

Family and friends gathered together, sharing the moments of the season and marking the end of the year in a peaceful space, while avoiding the crowds of the festive season.

He said his family loves to enjoy the warm and cosy atmosphere of this place.

The First Christmas event, organized by Vinhomes Serviced Residences, was aimed at bringing a traditional and warm Christmas Eve to the expat community living in Hanoi.

This was a meaningful celebration for Westerners because Christmas is a very sacred time, similar to how the Vietnamese eagerly welcome the traditional Tet holiday.

At the First Christmas party, guests not only enjoyed festive foods, but were also treated to holiday music that offered a Christmas atmosphere from the West. Many guests also enjoyed familiar Christmas songs.

The nightlife program became more fun and exciting, featuring different activities for families, such as games or quizzes, with many valuable gifts provided by the organizers.

The program included tours of the smart serviced apartment at Park 12 building, which was designed with modern facilities built around a technology platform.

Pierre Martin, from Spain, noted, "This is the first time I have experienced this high-end standard in Vietnam. After a tiring day, try to imagine that once you go home, you will be able to fall over the sofa, press the sound and light systems control in the house... what a great thing. We love freedom, convenience and comfort, so living in such an apartment is hard to ask for anything more. "

After the tour, many guests said they would consider moving to the Park 12 - Vinhomes Times City Park - Park Hill Premium right after the Christmas holiday. They said it is because this is not just a place to live, but also offers many worthwhile experiences, both physical and spiritual.

"You see, right inside the urban area, we have a miniature modern city with hospitals, schools, commercial centers, and office services, with impressive activities for foreigners. Everything is so perfect!" said Ellen DeGeneres from the United States.

Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill Premium is considered one of the best places to live in Vietnam, especially because it integrates modern technology, high security, a healthy environment and an international community.

In particular, the developer is known for being trustworthy, always focusing on developing the lives of the residents.

Vinhomes Serviced Residences is a villa and serviced apartment brand for rent by Vingroup, serving foreign customers who want to rent apartments for living in Vietnam.

Vinhomes Serviced Residences units not only provide high standard rental apartments, but also offer a high quality of life thanks to their professional facilities and services. Park 12 building at Vinhomes Times City - Park Hill Premium is ready to welcome its first residents.
