EU delegation to Vietnam to hold scholarship info days in major cities

The Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam in collaboration with a large number of EU member states will organize the ‘EU Scholarships Info Days’ in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City on the first weekend of October.

In the press release on September 5, the delegation said joining the events, students who are thinking of pursuing their higher education abroad will be able to learn about studying and living in Europe.

They can also attend information sessions with alumni and visit information booths of a large number of EU countries.

It is hoped that visitors to the fairs can discover studying in one of the 28 EU member states is an attractive and unique experience, by listening to alumni experiences.

Information about scholarship opportunities is available at the booths of the EU delegation and a large number of EU Member States, including Slovenia, Sweden, Germany, France, Poland, Denmark, The UK, The Netherlands, Hungary, Spain, Belgium (WalloniaBrussels), Italy, Ireland and Finland.

There is also a wide range of scholarship funds available for Vietnamese students to study in Europe, offered by the EU member states.

In addition, the EU itself has the ‘Erasmus Plus’ scholarship program.

The events will take place at the International Convention Center in Hanoi, on October 1 from 8:45 am to 2:00 pm, and at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Ho Chi Minh City on October 2, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Each event is expected to be attended by hundreds of students and young professionals.

Registration for the events is compulsory and free of charge.
