Three Vietnamese students were announced as the winners of the national final round of the 2024 Adobe Certified Professional World Championship (ACPWC) in Hanoi on Sunday and will represent Vietnam in the world finals, set to take place in the U.S. in late July.
The ACP World Championship is a global competition that tests students’ design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign software.
The three best performers in the Vietnamese national final round are Le Trang Anh from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Nguyen Dinh Kien Dat from Hanoi Industrial Vocational College, and Mai Ngoc Linh from Chu Van An High School in Hanoi.
They will represent Vietnam to compete in the world finals of the 2024 ACPWC, scheduled to take place in California from July 28 to 31.
In addition, the organizing committee presented awards to three second-place winners, three third-place winners, six consolation prize recipients, as well as outstanding teachers and school groups involved in the contest.
The ACPWC welcomes students aged 13-22 worldwide and draws hundreds of thousands of contestants from almost 70 countries and territories annually.
In 2019, the Vietnamese team secured the Most Voted Audience Award.
In the 2020 and 2021 editions, two Vietnamese contestants achieved Top 4 and Top 10 placements in the global competition.
