-- Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung admitted his mistake in management at the opening of the fourth meeting of the 13th National Assembly. He accepted his fault for his failure to stop corruption at state-owned agencies as Vinashin and Vinalines.


-- Police Department of the northern Hai Phong City officially commenced criminal proceedings against four high ranking officials in the locality yesterday for the crime of “damaging assets” of people.
