Though trained and working in finance, Madrid-based Tran Viet Ha, whose photos have been featured on world- famed publications, indulges in her endless art photography passion.

33-year-old Ha, who began her art photography career less than one year ago, has received several offers from international magazines, including the Vogue Italy, to feature her works on their editions.

Her latest ones came only one day after her Feb 24 “Modern Renaissance” photo shoot in Madrid.

Born in Hanoi, she earned bachelor and master’s degrees in business in Japan and Spain. She also worked in Spain and served as deputy head of Spain’s prestigious IE Business School’s recruitment department.

Though working full time in the finance sector, her life isn’t complete without her artistic part.

Ha worked as a freelance painting model for different artists in Madrid since 2010 and appeared in several exhibits in Barcelona, Santander and La Coruña in 2011 and 2012.

In early 2013, she took a basic photography course and bought her first professional camera. She has taken photos almost every weekend since.

“I don't take photos, instead I try to paint a world of feelings, poetry and philosophy with my camera. My photos convey my own feelings, inner dreams and ways of life. I’ve aspired to become a world-famous art photographer who creates photos blending fantasy and reality,” shared Ha, who also works as an digital artist, stylist and art director for her own art projects.

She plans to devote all her time and energy to her photography passion within the next five years and dreams of having her works featured in famous museums and fine art institutes around the world.
