A U.S. YouTube personality of Vietnamese origin has introduced a clip on the stunning beauty of Vietnam to millions of her subscribers.

The clip, namely “My New Chapter,” was published on Michelle Phan’s YouTube channel on January 15, receiving over 688,000 views and 83,000 likes so far.

“As a new year begins, I think it's important to take a little time to reflect on the year gone by. Last year, I went on a trip to Vietnam with my family and friends to learn more about the culture that made me who I am today,” the U.S. make-up demonstrator said on her YouTube page.

“I hope this video inspires you to reconnect with your culture and be inspired by new ones. I look forward to a 2016 filled with more videos, new ideas, and, of course - all my love,” she added.

The clip revealed the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam, stretching from the northern province of Ninh Binh to the 'backpacker area' in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.

Phan also introduced the specialties of each region she traveled in, including street food.

Her video served as a positive reminder of the image, people and cuisine of Vietnam to millions of international viewers who subscribe to her channel.

Michelle Phan is a U.S. make-up demonstrator and entrepreneur who rose to Internet fame as a YouTube personality.

Phan's YouTube channel has over 8.3 million subscribers, 1.1 billion lifetime views, and 350 uploaded videos.

She has made video tutorials that teach girls make-up skills to look more beautiful and even like their idols, including Angelina Jolie and Lady Gaga.

Last year, Phan was among the world’s top 10 highest-paid YouTube stars.

She ranked seventh in the list, earning US$3 million by reinvesting the money made from her cosmetic line, beauty subscription service and how-to videos back into her business brands, according to Forbes.

Phan was also named to the Inc. 30 under 30, a featured annual list of 30 entrepreneurs under the age of 30 put together by Inc. magazine.

The list featured intelligent, young entrepreneurs from a variety of fields.
