Ruoc Eatery

Our Huế dishes originate from the long-standing culinary tradition of the Imperial City of Hue. Its name, Ruốc (shrimp paste), is also the name of an indispensable spice in most Hue dishes, as well as a common, benign fixture in daily meals of households in Hue and central Vietnam. To make pure Huế dishes, we make regular by air orders on specialties and raw ingredients variant on seasons from Huế. With the spirit of protecting Huế’s time-honored culinary tradition, we have received support and sharing from clients countrywide in the last decade. We hope our destiny will be lengthened day by day so that Ruốc will remain your familiar spot where you can find peace of mind from daily grind.
