2 wildlife trappers killed, 2 missing in rockslide

Two wildlife trappers were killed and two others went missing due to a rockslide at a forest in the central Phu Yen province on Friday, an official said. 

Trinh Lam Hai, chairman of the People’s Committee of Son Thanh Tay commune says the slide occurred at Hon Chua – Mui Thuyen in Lac Dao hamlet in Son Thanh Dong commune where the four men were trapping wild animals.

Hai said the dead victims were Truong Quoc Cong, 33, and Bui Cong Khai, 30, hailing from Tinh Tho hamlet in Son Thanh Tay commune. Their bodies were found and pulled out of the rubble at 4pm on Nov. 23.

The two missing people are Luong Ngoc Tinh, 34, from Tinh Tho hamlet and Pham Ngoc Nghia 31, from My Binh hamlet.
