The fest will be joined by 12 chefs from countries like Germany, Russia, Turkey, the UK, and more.Education -- Two groups of students from Nguyen Thien Thanh High School in the southern province of Tra Vinh have created a kind of ‘magic chopsticks’ which can detect foods contaminated with chemicals.
