-- The Communist Party of Vietnam and the Cambodian People’s Party should sign a new bilateral cooperation agreement for the 2017-18 period, chief of the latter's cabinet Mam Sarin proposed at a meeting with Dinh The Huynh, Vietnamese Politburo member and standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, in Hanoi on Monday.

-- The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will continue to closely cooperate with its Lao counterpart to keep solidifying the two countries’ special relationship, visiting Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh said at a meeting with Party General Secretary and President of Laos Bounnhang Vorachith and Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith on Monday.
