-- Australia’s President of the Senate Scott Ryan and Speaker of the House of Representatives Tony Smith on Thursday welcomed Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, his spouse and a Vietnamese delegation on their official visit to Australia from March 14 to 16, describing the visit as an important hallmark in 2018 when the two countries are celebrating the 45th anniversary of their diplomatic ties.
-- President of the Republic of Korea Moon Jae In and his spouse will pay a state visit to Vietnam from March 22 to 24 at the invitation of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang, after Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov’s official visit from March 19 to 20 at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.
