-- U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s July 8-9 visit to Vietnam is meant to boost the comprehensive partnership between the two countries, especially in the key areas of politics, diplomacy and trade, Ngo Toan Thang, vice spokesperson of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said at a regular press conference in Hanoi on Thursday.

-- Vietnamese Ambassador to Romania Tran Thanh Cong has affirmed that the upcoming official visit to Romania from July 6-7 by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh and his spouse aims to reaffirm Vietnam’s consistency in its foreign policy and deepen the efficiency-oriented cooperation between the two countries.
