A total of 92 defendants had to stood trial in this scandal that rocked the country with over VND9 trillion ($388.6 million) in illegal gambling revenue recorded by authorities.

Lu Phu Loc, 11, has fought bone cancer for two years. Loc, being treated at the Ho Chi Minh City Oncology Hospital, lives his life normally with the other leg after having one amputated.
