-- Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Saturday endorsed the construction of a US$4.3-billion thermal power plant using liquefied natural gas in Bac Lieu Province, located in Vietnam’s Mekong Delta region, as a way to improve its economy.
