—The cost of the first phase of Long Thanh International Airport in the southern province of Dong Nai should be VND109.2 trillion ($4.7 billion), 2.2 percent less than the estimate made by developer Airports Corporation of Vietnam due to lower construction and management expenses, the Vietnam News Agency quotedthe State Appraisal Council as saying.
