-- Dien Bien Airport in the eponymous province, located in northern Vietnam, will close for eight months for an expansion and upgrade starting April 15, according to a decision issued by Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang on Tuesday.
-- A teacher who had suffered a serious traumatic brain injury after her motorbike hit a stray dog in northern Phu Tho Province earlier this month was able to make her very first communication and limb movements on Tuesday after two weeks of intensive treatment.
