Brazil and Real Madrid legend and World Cup champion Roberto Carlos is set to meet Vietnamese fans in a promotional event in Ho Chi Minh City next week in his second visit to the Southeast Asian country.
The event is part of the Brazilian footballer’s schedule to Cambodia and Vietnam under the invitations of different sponsors.
Accordingly, Roberto Carlos will visit Cambodia on Wednesday and arrive in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday, where he will attend the opening ceremony of a 3,500-square-meter gymnasium in District 6 developed by a branded fitness club in Vietnam.
On Thursday evening, Carlos will have a meet-and-greet with local supporters at a sky-view restaurant in District 3.
Tickets to the fan meeting come in four prices of VND1.5 million (US$65), VND5 million ($216.5), VND10 million ($433), and VND20 million ($866).
Attendants with VND20 million tickets will enjoy dinner on a 20-seat table with Roberto Carlos.

Roberto Carlos first met Vietnamese fans in another promotional event at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi in November 2018.
Carlos is a Brazilian retired professional footballer who now works as a football ambassador.
He played for the Brazil national team in three World Cups, helping the team reach the final in France in 1998 and win the 2002 tournament held in South Korea and Japan.
At the club level, he joined Spanish football club Real Madrid in 1996 where he spent 11 highly successful seasons, winning four La Liga titles and the UEFA Champions League three times.
