Steve Vai, an American guitar legend who has won three Grammy Awards, will perform at Nguyen Du Sports Hall in Ho Chi Minh City on October 19, making Vietnam the first stop in Southeast Asia of his world tour to celebrate his 45-year career.

This will be the first time this legendary guitarist, also a songwriter and a producer, has had plans to perform in Vietnam.

Vai started his music career in 1978 at the age of eighteen.

His guitar playing techniques, including whammy bar, tapping, slide, and harmonics, have been highly evaluated.

He can play the guitar smoothly with one hand.

Vai has released 12 studio albums with 15 million records.

He has been nominated for Grammy Awards 15 times and has won the honor three times.

After Ho Chi Minh City, he will bring his Inviolate World Tour to Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia.
