-- Ho Chi Minh City has pledged to provide full support to the branch of Cho Ray Hospital in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh, which has been in operation for three years, to meet healthcare demands of Cambodians.

-- Vietnam’s hi-tech police unit has discovered a new fraud technique employed by digital hackers to get hold of card users’ account information via wireless POS and then use the information to withdraw money from a fake card.
