Vietnam, US to launch trade negotiations to address tariff issue

Vietnam and the U.S. have agreed to initiate negotiations on a reciprocal trade agreement, including tariff arrangements, following Washington's imposition of a 46-percent tariff on Vietnamese imports – a measure now paused for 90 days.
