Slated to take place from September 4 to 6 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in District 7, ITE HCMC 2025 will bring together more than 520 exhibitors and representatives from 50 Vietnamese provinces and cities, alongside 240 high-level buyers from over 30 countries and territories.

The annual trade show serves as a key platform for domestic and international tourism businesses to network, promote products, and seek new partnerships.

This year’s theme, “Sustainable Tourism – Vibrant Experiences,” aims to showcase Vietnam’s creative and resilient tourism sector amid ongoing global economic challenges.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Le Truong Hien Hoa, deputy director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, said the event will spotlight locally distinctive tourism offerings, encouraging provinces and businesses to deliver immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression on international buyers.

For the first time, ITE HCMC will be held concurrently with the third edition of Vietnam International Sourcing, co-organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee.

The joint event is expected to create synergy between Vietnam’s export sectors and its tourism industry.

Nguyen Thao Hien, deputy director of the ministry’s Foreign Market Development Department, said the combination of the ITE HCMC, Vietnam International Sourcing, and the 2025 Export Forum is designed to maximize value by linking tourism promotion with global trade and supply chain development.

Among new features at this year’s expo is an integrated e-commerce platform and a dedicated B2B exchange zone, facilitating direct engagement between international and Vietnamese tourism businesses.

The 2025 event will also host the 12th General Assembly of the Tourism Promotion Organization for Global Cities (TPO).
