Car crash kills three Koreans in northern Vietnam

Three Koreans died on the spot after their car crashed into a truck travelling from Hanoi to the northern province of Thai Nguyen in the early morning of August 8.

The accident occurred at around 3am on the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen Highway passing Thai Nguyen City, seriously destroyed the front part of the Innova car and killed the three passengers who were stuck in it after the accident.

The truck was over turned while its driver suffers minor injuries.

Khuat Viet Hung, Deputy Chairman of Committees of the National Traffic Safety, told Tuoi Tre from the scene that the three victims were identified.

They were working at a Korean enterprise based in Que Vo District in Bac Ninh northern province.

Police are investigating.
