Dozens of TV producers and filmmakers from many countries have just concluded their trip to Vietnam to attend an international television conference that included the introduction of a reality show and was centered on the newest TV trends and TV production, the Goethe Institute has announced on its website.

The International TV – Expert Conference “Mini-Input” was organized from Thursday to Saturday in Hanoi.

The event welcomed around 70 TV producers and filmmakers from 11 countries including Australia, Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Participants had a chance to catch up on the newest trends and development of television production as well as share experience with their colleagues working in the broadcasting area.

The conference also featured “Married at First Sight,” a reality show from Denmark in which strangers who are going to get married to each other only get to know their spouses in front of the wedding altar.

The conference took place in Vietnam for the first time and was jointly held by the Goethe Institute and national broadcaster VTV.
