The event is to celebrate the 85th anniversary of the union establishment as well as encouraging young people to practice running for health. -- Authorities in the central province of Quang Nam have approved a project to make Hoi An City an eco-city, with a sponsorship worth ¥59,960,000 ($532,264) from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
