Politics -- Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan and visiting Mayor of Leipzig Burkhard Jung signed a memorandum of understanding on establishing cooperative relations between the two localities at their meeting in Ho Chi Minh City on Friday.
