The event will be held by HCMC Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs in collaboration with the city’s Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphan Children, the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/ Dioxin, the city’s Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism, and Suoi Tien Culture and Tourism JSC. It will also feature outdoor activities as well as an area to display products made by disabled people.

It will take place on December 1 at the Suoi Tien Theme Park in Thu Duc District.
