A Vietnamese emcee, copywriter has recently released a photo album on her Facebook page, showcasing striking images of herself performing complex Yoga postures in Tibet and various other destinations.

Phung Yen’s album, namely “Yoga around the world”, has attracted many views and comments after it was published online.

“Tourism and Yoga has a common point which enables us to see that any limit can be extended to infinity,” she said.

Yen added that tourism expands her vision and understanding of the world, while Yoga brings her a feeling that her body and mind are always ready to overcome any limitation.

Yen admitted that she is not professional in practicing Yoga and traveling, and only wants to memorize her journey through the photos.

“Maybe I can inspire somebody with tourism and yoga no matter how young or old they are,” she shared.

Yen said in the past year she has taken photos during her vacation or business trip by herself or with the help of her friends.

“Life can sometimes be very busy and cramped but if you find inspiration in Yoga and tourism, all difficulties and tiredness will become a small thing,” she explained.
