The Sands White Orchid is a Vietnamese restaurant at the five – star Golden Sand Resort & Spa Hoi An. After repairing, Sands White Orchid has re-opened from May 2009 with a fresh and modern design. The restaurant can serve up to 100 and the option of sitting inside or outside.

Located on ground floor of the resort, immediately as guests enter the property a sense of elegance pervades. The restaurant with a view over the swimming pool, so guests can feel fresh air. The décor is well throughout. There is a nice view from any seat in the restaurant. There are also display marine aquariums with many nice salt-water fish and coral. This corner is going to catch guest’s eye. The restaurant’s open kitchen gives the distinct impression that food is prepared with freshness paramount in the chef's mind.

“Traditional Vietnamese cuisine, old fashioned with modern design concept and touch” that is a description about Sands White Orchid of Executive chef Mr. Allan Ho. At the restaurant, guests can experience local specialties of Vietnamese. All foods are cooked from local herb combined with traditional cuisine. Sands White Orchid has introduced an abundant menu. So guests are spoilt for choice Hoi An special foods featuring banh vac (white rose), cao lau, hoanh thanh (deep fried wonton) or ha cao (dim sum)… Salad fans will appreciate the mix of salad available from lotus root salad with shrimp to vegetarian salad with tofu, soy a sauce and fresh herbs.

For desserts, choices include the Golden Sand coconut custard, Mocca cream caramel with fruit macedonia, Fruit cocktail dragon fruit with cinnamon flavor…
