Recruit Global Incubation Partners (RGIP), a corporate venture capital arm of Japanese Recruit Holdings, has reached a deal to buy 19.8 percent stake in Anphabe Joint Stock Co, a Ho Chi Minh City-based local human resource (HR) solution provider.

The investment supports Anphabe to expand its Online Network of Management professionals and to become the first integrated Employer Branding (EB) solution provider in Vietnam with 4 key groups of EB services – EB Strategy, EB Creative Development, EB Activation and EB Health Check.

“This is one of attractive reasons for international HR solution providers to invest into Vietnam.”
