Recently, they returned to Vietnam to lure Than, Thu and Giao to go to China for get jobs but in fact, they intended to sell the two women for VND35 million (US$1,650) each and sell the man at a lower price, Cong said. A similar human traffic case happened early this month when police and border guard forces of Nghe An and Quang Ninh provinces worked together to seize three human traffickers who were attempting to sell a woman to China. On September 1 morning the joint force caught Xeo Van Cam, a 27-year-old man from Nghe An, attempting to take a 20 year-old woman across the border illegally. Based on Cam’s testimony, the force later seized a 28-year-old man and a woman.
