Khanh Hoa Province in south-central Vietnam will organize the first International Jazz Festival in Nha Trang City from April 27 to May 1.

The fest is planned to take place annually in the coastal city to bring locals and tourists to the jazz music world.

The provincial administration has assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to propose a plan to organize the event.

The festival will take place at the Hai Thang Tu Square and Thanh Nien Stadium in Nha Trang City with the participation of many domestic and international jazz artists.

They aim to showcase the diversity and allure of jazz worldwide, as well as the development of jazz in Vietnam, to both tourists and local spectators.

This program, which will be integrated into the Nha Trang tourism promotion efforts, is anticipated to attract a greater number of both domestic and international travelers to the coastal city.
